Cannot believe it’s been a week since our big launch party, we have met so many brides since then and tried on pretty much all of the dresses in the shop.
We had a great night at the launch with around 100 friends, family and local business owners turning up to help us celebrate opening our shop. The bubbles were flowing while Kay from Sister Sax played some great background music on her Saxophone and Sarah from Beauty Call gave some make overs. Several people asked where Turner and Pennell came from, so I thought I’d use this opportunity to clear it up. They are our mothers maiden names and the shop is a tribute to them both.
We had an early start the next day with our first appointment due at 9am and we didn’t stop until 6.30 that evening. Finding ‘The One’ for all our brides was so exciting, and we just love that beaming smile when they step out of the changing room.
Cannot wait for another busy day in the shop tomorrow, finding the perfect dress for more Brides to Be!
